Breakfast Sandwhich: Whole Wheat Mini Bagel with Turkey Sausage, Turkey Bacon or Canadian Bacon, lowfat cheese, put in toaster oven to heat up and melt the cheese. My boy's like these in the morning before school
Breakfast Burrito: Whole wheat Tortilla, Veggies, Egg Beaters or Egg Whites, Turkey Sausage or TurkeyBacon, Lowfat Cheese
Whole Wheat Toast with Peanut Butter or Nutella served with a Banana or Berries

Snack Ideas:
I found that if I pre-package my snacks for the day or week, in a "Snack" size bag (make sure they are 100 calories or less) I am more likely to eat a healthy snack and not just grab whatever is around. Don't forget to take them with you when you are running errands!
